We roast many coffees that don't appear on our website for a number of reasons - ones we keep for subscription holders or are in very limited supply and we can only roast a minimum quantity to avoid wastage, for example.  If you are up for an element of risk, then this option is for you!  It may be something special you don't see online, it may not!  Pot luck!  What we can guarantee is that it will be a cracker of a coffee and it will always be the same price regardless of coffee.  Are you feeling lucky?!

 All bags are fully compostable - pop them into your green waste bin or compost bin.

Roast day is Wednesday*

Order the evening before roast day to ensure delivery.

*this may change depending on business needs - and the postal service when it comes to bank holidays and industrial action, for example.  Regardless, we endeavor to get your coffee roasted and posted as quickly as we possibly can and will notify you of any changes should they arise.
